The development of Digitrade presale is based on Infonor Systems experience from the retail industry and close partnership with our customers. This has resulted in an intuitive, simple to use solution created in response to our customer’s needs.

Digitrade presale includes all Digitrade modules, process support, integration, functionality, and is built using the same infrastructure and tools as for Digitrade. Additional process support, functions and features has been added to support the specific needs for pre-season planning, ordering and follow up. In season ordering (replenishment) is carried-out using the core Digitrade application.

Sales Fair Administration – in this module you set up and administer the different fairs/sales meetings. For each fair/sales meeting you set start and stop dates for the actual event and delivery time window, which suppliers and customers/shops are approved for participating.

Budgeting – this module helps customers/shops to build up a budget per year and per fair/sales meeting. The Budgeting module helps customer/shop responsible to plan and follow up on their purchasing and avoid them from spending too much in one season compared to another. Follow up and outcome according to the budget are used extensively throughout other modules and functions within the solution.

Profitability calculations – the customer/shop gets a real time overview of a complete calculation and what their earnings will be when all products are sold out of shop. They can view this based on a selected assortment or from their existing pre-order stock.

Product Sales Packages – this module helps suppliers and chain/wholesaler to assemble different products and quantities together into product sales packages. This could be generic sales packages or customer specific sales packages. An example could be product sales packages for small, medium and large shops, consisting of a suitable assortment of alpine ski models in different colors, sizes, quality and quantities.

Reporting & Analysis – this module consist of a range of pre-built reports for overview and analysis. They have been built over time, together with our customers, based on their needs. They are delivered as standards but can easily be customized.

Import Order Proposals – this module consist of a framework for importing pre-built Order Proposals from other business applications (ERP). The order proposals become available for further processing in Digitrade presale.
